On Friday 12th we had a team from the BBC's 'Digging For Britain' programme on site filming the excavation and interviewing Rob Wallace on the results of this year's dig. They also visited the finds unit to film some of the artefacts the diggers have recovered. We wont know if we have made the programme until September but the producer seemed positive and particularly liked approaching the site along the narrow path through 2m high sweetcorn.
